FlexPDE Software Downloads

The installation files presented on this page will install FlexPDE5 in Evaluation mode, and can be used free for evaluation. In this mode, you can run only problems which have been specially keyed by PDE Solutions Inc. (see the Samples and Backstrom_Books folders). All problems will run in full-capability mode. You can change any numeric item in a keyed demo problem without invalidating the key!

The Evaluation version can be unlocked to Student Mode or Professional Mode by installing a license key of the appropriate 1D, 2D or 3D configuration. Click Buy Now at left to see the pricing structure, purchase a license or request a 30-day free trial.

Licensed version 5 users can install over an older version in the 5.xx series; your license key remains valid.
Licensed users of earlier FlexPDE versions can install version 5 without invalidating your existing application. Version 5 installs in a separate folder, and uses a different license key or dongle.

Licensed use of FlexPDE5 Professional Version requires installation of a dongle driver on each machine that will have a dongle attached. Use drivers listed below, or visit the vendor's website:
