FlexPDE Version 2 revisions

FlexPDE Version 2 has reached its full growth. Our development efforts will henceforth be focused on Version 3.
The revision history of Version 2 is presented here up to the final release, Version 2.22.
Version 2.22a 2/14/02
- Correctly resets the value of "Stagegrid" to off when problems are run, edited and rerun.
- Corrects an error in periodic boundaries.
- Corrects an error in the interpretation of 3-argument surface integrals.
Version 2.22 11/2/01
Version 2.22 is essentially
the same as version 2.21c, renumbered to mark the terminal issue.
