Hi,
I'm trying to solve a relatively simple problem but over a rich combination of defined parameters. None of them affect the boundaries, but they do thread through many secondary definitions and the equations. I've tried to automate things by generating indices from STAGE using various "mod" based incrementing functions, and reading parameter values from data arrays.
The trouble is that, apparently, as the number of direct or indirect references to STAGE increases, things begin to run much more slowly and it rapidly becomes unusable. I suppose I can find a work-around by including long lists of the parameter values, but perhaps you can suggest a better way or at least satisfy my curiosity.

Thanks.
