Hello, I have three equations associated with three variables like:

Phi:div(grad(Phi))+V*Phi= Lambda*Phi
V: div(grad(V))=-D
D: D=abs(Phi^2)*log10(1+exp(Ef-lambda))

Ef is a constant.I select "modes=1" and the boundary conditin is V=0 and Phi=0. but when I solve it, I got "internal processing error".Is it because I assign wrong equation to variables or I made wrong boundary conditions? Thanks for helping! the attachment is my program

What version of FlexPDE are you using?

I ran this problem on version 4.2.6 without error. See attached.
