is there anyone who manage to use Flexpde to simulate the rolling process?
or Flexpde is not suit for solving this kind of problem?

Yes, I believe we have users simulating the rolling process, but we do not have access to their scripts. Perhaps one of them will respond to this post.

What do you mean by rolling process? Are you talking about the process of forming a metal or plastic sheet by pressing it between rollers?

I have worked only on the problems of transport of a strip over rollers.
I've been impressed with FlexPDE's ability to handle nonlinear problems. So, you should be able to use it if you can find a reference that describes the relevant PDEs.
