FlexPDE arbitrarily allows eight regrids before warning you that a lot of regridding is going on. There are three things you can do: 1) simply continue from this warning, 2) increase the regrid limit using SELECT GRIDLIMIT=<number> 3) increase the initial mesh density in the areas that are causing the numerous regrids. You should also examine what is causing the many regrids. FlexPDE assumes that error estimates larger than the ERRLIM limit can be cured by mesh refinement. If your equations are inconsisitent, or if for some other reason the solution is not converging, then the refinement assumption is wrong, and FlexPDE will regrid forever. Look at the intermediate monitors (you should have included some) and see if there is instability in the region of busy refinement.
