Is there a simple way to obtain the value of a given variable at a point, e.g. (x0,y0,z0)? If I have a dependent variable, F, I would like to generate F(x,y0,z0,t) - F(x0,y0,z0,t) (as, say, a monitor) and plot that. |

The EVAL(<expr>,<x>,<y>,<z>) function will return the value of <expr> at the stated coordinates. See EVAL in the Help Index.
