Hello,
does anyone knows how to calculate conductance
in a semiconductor hetro-structure.The sensor contains layers of GaAs and AlgaAs.
Also if someone knows how to sort the coupling problme this mean if an photon is absorbed by the
semiconductor the change in potential and conductnace. If someone can help i will be really grateful
many thanks
