I downloadad the version 4.0.7 and when I run the attached script , "incomplete bounding mesh" message appears , I would like to know why it happens with this new version.

For version 4.0.7 we wrote new code for identifying imbedded surface regions as bounding faces of 3D compartments. Unfortunately, this new code had a hole in the logic for circular shells, and you fell in the hole.

I have corrected this error in version 4.0.7a, and after some more testing, I will post this version.

You can work around the problem if you fully bound region 'F2' as follows:
start(x0-D0/2,y0)
arc(center=x0,y0) angle=360
line to(x0-D/2,y0)
arc(center=x0,y0) angle=360
line to finish

I have posted FlexPDE version 4.0.7a for Windows and Linux platforms on our website.
This version corrects the error you experienced.
