Dear Mr. Nelson,
I will appreciate if you answer my questions:
I discussed you about modeling fluctuating fin and you helped me how to do it.
1- Can Flexpde solve turbulent flow or it just can solve laminar flow?
2- What algorithm does flexpde use to solve fluid flow? Does it use Finite Element or Control Volume Method?

We have not tried it, but I would expect FlexPDE could solve turbulent flow using turbulent flow model equations. It will get into trouble with Navier Stokes equations.

2.
FlexPDE uses a finite element model. See "User Guide | Overview | What is FlexPDE?"
