hello Robert G. Nelson ! I want to show square grid on the result of surface plotting and divide the axises by a number of points to show the details of the results.How can I achieve either of them or both? And do you have some other ideas? thank you ! | ||

Values on surface plots are indicated by the color banding on the surface. This gives a more accurate reading than a scale on the side. You can increase the number of banded levels by appending CONTOURS=<number> to the plot command. (<number> is approximate. FlexPDE will pick a similar number that gives rounded intervals.) A ZOOM control will cause the zoomed region to be scaled to a square. |
