Boundary in 3d

I made a layer for the ring. If I make a 1/4 of a ring it works good. The region is close and I have wanted condition on the hole surface of this region. But if I make hole ring I have necessary boundary condition only on the sides of the ring, not on the hole surface. What should I do?   Robert G. Nelson (rgnelson) Moderator Username: rgnelson Post Number: 766 Registered: 06-2003 Posted on Friday, February 16, 2007 - 03:15 pm:    I'm not sure I understood what you said, but: 1) boundary conditions stated in a bounding path apply to the sidewalls. 2) boundary conditions stated with a SURFACE qualifier in the regional parameter definition area apply to the selected 3D cut surface.
