Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a solution on my 3D FlexPED problem. I don't really know why it's not working.
Does anyone could help me, and give me a solution.

Thank you

Regions must be bounded by closed curves.
You have not done this.
You have two copies of the outer face (in opposite directions), and two copies of the inner face(in opposite directions) and no representation of the flat ends of the quadrant.

To make one quadrant of a ring, you need
1) an outward radial trace showing the cut face
2) an arc tracing the outer boundary
3) an inward radial trace showing the second cut face
4) an arc tracing the inner boundary and returning to the start point.

You will notice that, as the tutorial demonstrates, this operation traces the outer boundary of the domain as a closed path.

See, for example, "Samples | Misc | Periodicity | Periodaz.pde".
