I couldn't unlock the student mode of operation from demo mode.

I downloaded the file 'flexpde.key', but I found that the file was 'ShowLetter.txt'. And I copied this file 'ShowLetter.txt' unmodified to the FlexPDE installation directory C:\FlexPDE3 and C:\FlexPDE3\License, but I couldn't unlock the student mode of operation. Then I copied the license key contained in that file 'ShowLetter.txt' to FlexPDE 3.10 Demo>>help>>Register. The result was same. I couldn't unlock the student mode. Why? Please give me a hand.

Thanks
Chengyu

To obtain a license to the student version of FlexPDE, you must click the "request form" link on the main page or the download page.
After you fill in the request form, a license file named "flexpde.key" will be sent to you by email at the address you have specified.

You cannot download the "flexpde.key" file directly, it does not exist anywhere on the website.

You must have downloaded and installed the demonstration version of FlexPDE before the key will be of any value to you.

I do not know where the file "ShowLetter.txt" came from, but it is not a flexpde key.
