hi, i downloaded the new version on my mac, and installed the dongle driver but it still opens the student version.
any ideas?

You may need to register FlexPDE again.
Go to the "Help->Register FlexPDE" menu, select "Dongle" and click "Continue". Click "Read Dongle" (optional) and then "Register". That should do it.
On Windows, when you reinstall over an old installation, I believe the license file is left intact. I don't recall whether MacOSX wipes the license file or not in this situation.

another quick question,
i am having trouble exporting a movie from my Win64 machine. I maximize the plot i want, and still don't get the option to export as a movie from a right click or from the view menu. I have read the help files and the forum, it seems like i am maybe missing something here.

You need to be looking at an output graphic file (*.pg6) in order to get the Export Movie option. See "Movie" in the Help index. |
