I'd like to get the value of capacitance from the parallel metal electrode array on SiO2 substrate in water. The voltage-0V, 0.01V-is applied to electrodes alternately. But with my script, it seems that the voltage isn't applied to electrodes properly.(the applied voltage is shown only at edge part) I couldn't find the reason. Help me, please~!

You have repeated the same region definition three times. The first two will be hidden by the last one.

Re-read the documentation on constructing 3D domains.

REGIONS are defined as partitions of the (X,Y)projection plane. If two definitions form the same projection, they are the same region.

Also, regions defined later overlay and hide regions defined earlier (if they overlap). So don't hide small regions under later larger regions.
