Hello,
I have 2 variables which are relevant for only 2 regions out of 6..I am using FlexPDE 5.0.20 2D. Is there any way I can define regional variables in this ver?
I found out that ver 6 has this capability.
Thanks

No.
In version 5, you need to define parameters such that the equation is computable in all regions.
You can use CONTACT boundary conditions to decouple the unused regions.
The current release of version 5 is 5.1.4. You can download this update from our website.
