Hello, I'm using Flexpde 6.12 in command line mode coupled with the external parameter optimizer 'PEST'. The Flexpde model is called several times and the complete process takes several hours to finish. Is there any possibility to switch off the automatic software update functionality of Flexpde in command line mode? Because this is really not necessary and can cause the whole process to stop. best regards, Holger |

You can turn off automatic update checking by modifying the flexpde6.ini file in the flexpde6user folder. The location of this folder depends on what operating system you are using. On Windows it is in "My Documents" or "Documents". See "Update" in the Help Index, and click the "Bypass Auto Check" Item. The second bullet under HELP discusses bypassing the auto check.
