For example please see the attached output file. It is giving only 51 data points but I want 1000 data points. It means for X= 0 to 1 with 0.001 divisions. How can I get it?

You have not said what you did to generate this file, so I can only guess.

51 is the default resolution for a Contour plot. But in 1D the default mesh size in the Student version of FlexPDE is 50 cells, which should have generated 101 data points (including mid-cell nodes).

You can control the density of the computation mesh in many ways, the simplest of which is the NGRID selector. See NGRID in the Help Index.
You can also use the MESH_SPACING controls (q.v.)

You can control the resolution of a plot using the global ELEVATIONGRID or CONTOURGRID controls (q.v.) or the plot-specific POINTS control (q.v.).

My above mentioned program is not running with FlexPde 6 professional version. As it is in 1D that's what it is working properly in FlexPde 5.1.2 which we have purchased from you and its not a student version.

add the POINTS specifier to your TABLE output request. i.e :
TABLE(temp) POINTS=1000
