Hi,

i want to calculate a electromagnetic 2D/3D problem with the boundary element method. I want to solve a problem without a impact of the border like the picture in the attachment. Have anyone a idea how i can solve it with flex pde?

FlexPDE does not implement the Boundary Element method, it implements the Finite Element method.

If you are asking how to create a non-reflective boundary in FlexPDE, it can be done with the proper choice of the NATURAL boundary condition.

You could also move the boundary farther away so that approximate boundary conditions are valid.
