Dear RG Nelson, I use ‘staged parameter’ to run repeatedly a nonlinear steady-state problem. Now I want to use the results of a variable from the previous run in the next run. The interested variable should be stocked and used as a staged parameter for the next run. What is the best way to do so? Thanks for your help. | ||

FlexPDE does not have a capability for dynamic determination of staged parameters. If you can pose the problem as a pseudo-time-dependent problem, however, you could use a GLOBAL VARIABLE (SCALAR VARIABLE in versions before 5) to evolve the value of the parameter. |
