Dear RG NELSON,
1/- the "FlexPDE help" gives very few informations about the way to use the 'fixed point' facility in 2D problems; where this 'fixed point' must be written in a program (I have tried in BOUNDARIES but error message arise due to the following line : LINE TO (x,y)...) ? In my case, I have no specific boundary condition on this 'fixed point' because a singularity arise at this point and I just want to have a mesh node at this coordonates.

2/- I also need to have the calculation of an ELEVATION calculation at a point (as it can be easily done on lines using FEATURE facilities).
Is possible?

Thank You very much indeed, especially for the 'TRANSFERMESH' modification in the last version.

1.
FIXED POINT(x,y) is syntactically equivalent to START(x1,y1) LINE TO (x2,y2)
You should be able to put it almost anywhere within a REGION of the BOUNDARIES section (but not before any REGIONs, or the parser will reject it).

2.
I'm not sure what an "elevtion at a point" means. A plot frame with a single dot on it? Why not just use a REPORT on some other plot to report the single value? Or in a SUMMARY page?
