Helo!
Help me please. Can I get a solution of the three-dimensional problem in flexpde not as a graphical output, but as a table of valuues of a solution in nodes. I need to compare the values in nodes for the problems with the different values of parameter. What operators do I need to write? Help me please, in documentation I don't find it unfortunately.

You can export data on a rectangular table in 1,2 or 3 dimensions using the TABLE command.

You can export the actual finite element mesh with either TRANSFER, TECPLOT or VTK commands.
If you want to compare different runs with these mesh output commands, you should turn REGRID=OFF, or mesh refinement may make the meshes different.

See "Export" in the Help Index.
