Hi,
I am modeling a 3D problem which has got a fillet. The mesh is distorted near the fillet and therefore the fillet is not smooth. I tried to increase the mesh density but that does not seem to solve my problem. However, the model is working fine in 2D.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Nagarajan

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Yes, there appears to be something amiss in the extrusion of fillets to 3D.
I will fix it in the next maintenance release.

In the meantime, you can work around the problem by replacing the fillet with an explicit ARC.
